血栓通联合地塞米松雾化吸入在气滞血瘀型声带息肉患者术后的应用
Application of Xueshuantong Combined with Dexamethasone Nebulized Inhalation in Postoperative Patients with Vocal Cord Polyps of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Xueshuantong combined with Dexamethasone nebulized inhalation in postoperative patients with vocal cord polyps of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Method:A total of 108 patients with vocal fold polyps admitted from November 2020 to November 2022 admitted to Jiangxi Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and divided into observation group(54 cases)and control group(54 cases)according to the random number table method.All patients underwent fiberoptic laryngoscopic vocal fold polypectomy,and the control group was treated with Dexamethasone nebulizer inhalation after surgery,while the observation group was treated combined with Xueshuantong nebulizer inhalation on the basis of the control group.The voice handicap index(VHI)scores,voice hoarseness assessment GRBAS grading,clinical efficacy and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Result:4 weeks after surgery,the physiological,functional,emotional scores and total score of the VHI scores were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group;the total hoarseness,roughness,breath sound scores and total score of the GRBAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as skin pruritus,nausea,vomiting and elevated transaminases during treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative treatment with Xueshuantong combined with Dexamethasone nebulized inhalation in patients with vocal fold polyps with Qi stagnation and blood stasis can further improve the symptoms of voice disorder and hoarseness,promote the recovery of voice function,and improve the surgical efficacy,as well as have a higher safety profile.关键词
