疏肝解郁汤联合正念疗法治疗产后抑郁的临床效果研究
Study on Clinical Efficacy of Shugan Jieyu Decoction Combined with Mindfulness Therapy in the Treatment of Postpartum Depression Disorder

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu Decoction combined with mindfulness therapy in the treatment of postpartum depression disorder.Method:A total of 64 postpartum depression disorder patients admitted to the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Psychiatry of the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou City from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sertraline,the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Decoction combined with mindfulness therapy.The effect,neuroendocrine,sex hormone levels,side effects and recurrence of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed.Result:The effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than 62.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamin(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA)and gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol(E2)of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the P of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu Decoction combined with mindfulness therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of postpartum depression disorder,improve the neurotransmitter levels and sex hormone levels,with a certain safety.关键词
