柴归汤加减治疗女大学生原发性痛经的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Modified Chaigui Decoction on Primary Dysmenorrhea in Girl College Students

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of modified Chaigui Decoction on primary dysmenorrhea in girl college students.Method:A total of 120 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who were enrolled in the Outpatient Department of Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Health Vocational College from March 2021 to March 2022 and educated in Gansu Health Vocational College were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The study group was treated with modified Chaigui Decoction,and the control group was treated with Indometacin.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,occurrence of adverse reactions,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,COX menstrual symptom scale(CMSS)score,TCM symptom integration and serum prostaglandin indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).VAS scores,CMSS scores,TCM symptom integrations and serum prostaglandin indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Chaigui Decoction has a good clinical effect on primary dysmenorrhea in girl college students,the recurrence rate is low,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.关键词
