农村基层党组织加强农民思想政治教育的四维作用

Abstract
The key to running China's affairs well lies in the Party.The key to strengthening the ideological and political education of farmers lies in the grass-roots party organizations in rural areas.In the context of rural revitalization,how to strengthen ideological and political education to promote the all-round development of farmers in rural grass-roots party organizations has become an urgent problem to be solved in rural areas.Taking the party branch of Mawangxi Village in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,this paper adopts the method of single case analysis to deeply excavate the internal mechanism of strengthening the ideological and political education of farmers by the grass-roots party organizations in the village.It is found that by giving full play to the four-dimensional organizational leadership of vision leadership,policy guidance,industrial development and ideological leadership,grass-roots Party organizations can gather farmers'strength,improve their ideological and political quality,and stimulate the endogenous power of rural revitalization.We will promote the all-round development of farmers and escort the realization of rural revitalization in an all-round way.Therefore,giving full play to the ideological and political education function of rural grass-roots Party organizations is an effective way to promote farmers'all-round development and rural revitalization in an all-round way.关键词
