Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Motherwort Injection combined with low-dose Mifepristone in patients with ovulation disorders with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB-O)during perimenopause.Method:A total of 92 patients with perimenopausal AUB-O admitted to Zibo Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected,and divided into the study group(n=46)and the control group(n=46)by random number table method.The control group was treated with low-dose Mifepristone,and the study group was treated with Motherwort Injection combined with low-dose Mifepristone.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.65%)was higher than that in the control group(80.43%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in both groups were decreased compared those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the study group were lower those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in both groups were decreased compared those before treatment(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(4.35%)and the control group(8.70%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of perimenopausal AUB-O patients with Motherwort Injection combined with low-dose Mifepristone can improve clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,improve sexual hormone levels,and will not increase adverse reactions.关键词
