美国社区药房药学服务模式分析及对我国的启示
Pharmaceutical Care Model of Community Pharmacies in the United States of American and Its Implications for China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To promote the development of community pharmacy pharmaceutical care in China,and to give full play to the role of community pharmacy pharmacists as healthcare providers.Methods The pharmaceutical care content of community pharmacies in the United States of America(UAS)was investigated by sorting out the service content of community pharmacy websites in the USA and combing literature analysis,and the targeted suggestions were put forward based on the actual situation of pharmaceutical care in community pharmacies in China.Results The contribution of community pharmacy pharmacists to healthcare services should be maximized to alleviate the pressure on other areas of the health service,such as providing personalized pharmaceutical care(drug compounding and drug treatment management),and health care projects(chronic disease management and minor ailments services)to leverage the functions of community pharmacies,and expanding pharmaceutical care such as medication compliance,pharmaceutical education,and antimicrobial abuse management.Conclusion It can be promoted by learning from the experience of community pharmacy pharmaceutical care in the USA to transform pharmacist roles and pharmacy functions in China,and maximize the role of community pharmacy pharmacists in health care.关键词
