2012-2021年人参皂苷研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Status of Ginsenosides from 2012 to 2021
摘要
Abstract
Objective To conduct bibliometric and visualization analysis on ginsenosides;To preliminarily explore the research hotspot and frontier of ginsenosides.Methods The relevant literature of ginsenosides was retrieved from CNKI from January 1,2012 to December 31,2021.VOSviewer 1.6.17 and CiteSpace 5.8.R2 software were used to draw and analyze the author cooperation view of relevant literature and the co-occurrence,clustering,emergence and time visualization of keywords.Results Totally 3 517 articled were included.The number of publications was stable and fluctuating.High frequency keywords included content determination,apoptosis,oxidative stress,quality control,pharmacokinetics,antioxidant,metabolomics,anti-tumor,intestinal flora,cell proliferation,etc.The emergency analysis showed that the preliminary research in this field focused on the extraction and content determination of ginsenosides,and later focused on the mechanism of action and the development of new drugs.Conclusion The research on ginsenosides is still in a vigorous development trend.The research on its anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,alleviating oxidative stress,regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress and other mechanisms as well as the research and development of new drugs for ginsenosides have become the research hotspots in this field.关键词
