三位一体急救护理路径联合聚焦解决模式在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Trinity Emergency Nursing Path Combined with Focused Solution Mode in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of trinity emergency nursing path combined with focused solution mode in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:Patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI treatment in the Cardiovascular Department of the First People's Hospital of Nanning from July 2020 to July 2021 were divided into two groups according to different admission methods.Among them,60 patients who were sent to the hospital for treatment by ambulance were treated as the intervention group,and 60 patients who sought treatment on their own were treated as the control group.The control group received routine acute care measures,while the intervention group received trinity emergency nursing path combined with focused solution mode intervention.The timeliness of treatment,length of hospital stay,hospitalization costs,incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE),the disease uncertainty and psychological emotions of family members between the two groups were compared.Result:The first medical contact time to balloon dilation,door to balloon(D-to-B)time,puncture time to balloon dilation,time from first diagnosis to completion of first electrocardiogram and time from completion of electrocardiogram to activation of catheter room of the intervention group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of MACE in the intervention group was 6.67%(4/60),which was significantly lower than the 20.00%(12/60)in the control group(P<0.05).Three days after PCI,Mishel uncertainty in illness scale-family member form(MUIS-FM),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of the family members of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of trinity emergency nursing path and focused solution mode can improve the timeliness of treatment for acute myocardial infarction patients,alleviate negative emotions in family members,promote rapid recovery of patients and reduce the risk of adverse cardiovascular events after surgery.关键词
