量化评估分级护理联合协同护理模式在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果
The Application Effect of Quantitative Assessment Grading Care Combined with Collaborative Care Model in Patients with Schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of quantitative assessment grading care combined with collaborative nursing model in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 82 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Ji'an Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the routine group(41 cases,routine nursing intervention)and the study group(41 cases,quantitative assessment grading care combined with collaborative care model intervention)by random number table method,and continuous nursing for 3 months.The changes of symptoms[positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)],stigma[Chinese version of stigma scale for mental illness(SSMI-C)],social function[personal and social performance scale(PSP)]and quality of life[World Health Organization quality of life summary(WHOQOL-BREF)]before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3 months of nursing,the PANSS and SSMI-C scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine group,and the PSP and WHOQOL-BREF scores were higher than those of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quantitative assessment grading care combined with collaborative care mode in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia is beneficial to improve the mental symptoms of patients,reduce the stigma of patients,and promote the recovery of social function and the improvement of quality of life.关键词
