Abstract
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development trend of TCM for the treatment of tonsillitis in children by bibliometrics.Methods The literature related to the treatment of tonsillitis in children with TCM was retrieved from CNKI from the establishment of the database to December 31,2022.The authors,institutions and keywords were visualized by CiteSpace 6.1.R6.Results A total of 698 articles were included,and the number of papers published had shown a trend of increasing year by year;several stable research teams were formed in this field;the research institutions were mainly universities and their affiliated hospitals;high-frequency keywords mainly included clinical observation,clinical efficacy,experience of famous doctors,acute tonsillitis,efficacy,Shengjiang Powder,Liangge Powder;10 keyword clusters were formed,and 17 emergent words appeared.Conclusion Clinical research and observation,experience of famous doctors,external treatment,integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine Shengjiang Powder are the research hotspots in this field.The future research trend is still focused on clinical efficacy,Shengjiang Powder,tonsillitis,clinical experience,etc.关键词
