Abstract
Objective To analyse the literature in the field of gouty arthritis with TCM external treatment,to understand the current research status,research hotspots and development trends in the field;To provide research ideas for the follow-up research in related fields.Methods The research literature on the treatment of gouty arthritis with TCM external therapy was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP from 1 January 2000 to 30 November 2022,and the literature was manually screened using the NoteExpress 3.6.0 software.With the aid of Excel 2019,a folding chart of publication trend and journal distribution map were drawn;VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used to draw core author network cooperation map,institutional cooperation density view and keyword co-occurrence analysis mapping.CiteSpace 6.1.R4 software was used to draw keyword clustering analysis map,timeline map and keyword emergence mapping,and the above contents were analyzed.Results A total of 1 304 articles were included,with an overall increase in the number of publications;318 journals and 2 890 authors were involved in the included articles,and the largest number of publications was from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine;the analysis yielded 1 181 keywords in the articles,which formed 12 meaningful clusters,and showed 20 meaningful emergent words,such as damp-heat type,inflammatory factor,and TCM therapy.Conclusion The research hotspots of TCM external treatment for gouty arthritis mainly focus on internal and external application of TCM,observation of clinical efficacy,and external TCM application,acupuncture,blood-stabbing therapy,electroacupuncture,fire-acupuncture,needle-knife and other TCM external treatments.TCM syndrome type that attracts much attention is the damp-heat type.关键词
