Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation and causes of bid-winning drug shortage under the background of centralized volume-based procurement,and to provide a reference for the supply guarantee of bid-winning drugs.Methods Based on the practice of hospital procurement work,the information of bid-winning drug shortage that has occurred since the implementation of drug centralized volume-based procurement was collected and summarized.Combining literature review and unstructured interviews,the basic situation and underlying causes of bid-winning drug shortage were analyzed.Results Among the 67 bid-winning drugs involved in the hospital,12 bid-winning drugs were in shortage during the purchase and sale contract period,with a shortage rate of 17.91%.The main causes of the shortage included productive shortage,imperfect drug pricing and regulatory mechanisms,and inadequate information technology construction.Conclusion With the continuous promotion of drug centralized volume-based procurement,and the continuous improvement of centralized drug pricing principles and regulatory mechanisms,the hospital can ensure the supply of bid-winning drugs by optimizing the procurement system,strengthening the supply capacity evaluation of bid-winning enterprises,timely reporting of shortage drug information,and actively communicating with the Healthcare Security Administration and suppliers.关键词
