中药治疗慢性盆腔炎研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Literature about TCM Treatment for Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To use VOSviewer and CiteSpace software to carry out a visualization analysis on TCM treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease;To further explore its research hotspots and development trends;To provide a specific basis for its follow-up research.Methods The literature on TCM treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was retrieved from CNKI from January 1,2012,to August 11,2022.The authors,institutions,and keywords of the included literature were visually analyzed by VOSviewer1.6.18 and CiteSpace5.7.R2 software.Results After the retrieval,totally 1 337 articles were included,and the overall annual number of articles in this field showed a decreasing trend.Research institutions with a high degree of attention to this field were mainly concentrated in the northeast,central China,and south China.The prominent institutions were Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Hubei University of Chinese Medicine,and the first hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.Inter-agency cooperation was mainly reflected in the university and its affiliated hospitals,and cross-regional and cross-institutional cooperation was relatively rare.The research was mainly based on cooperation within the team.The prominent research scholars were Gao Yan and Wu Dabin.The research hotspots focused on evaluating the clinical efficacy of TCM enema in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the study of the mechanism of action of clinically effective prescription drugs.Conclusion The attention on the research of TCM treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has continuously decreased in recent years.Weak cooperation between agencies and their teams in different geographies needs to be strengthened.The efficacy evaluation methods,the efficacy,and the mechanism of action of famous doctors in clinical studies still need to be explored in depth.On this basis,finding a clinically effective program of TCM treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is the primary research hotspot and direction in the future.关键词
