血清ALB/ChE比值在原发性肝癌患者中的表达及临床意义
Expression and Clinical Significance of Serum ALB/ChE Ratio in Patients with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression level of blood serum albumin(ALB)/choline esterase(ChE)ratio in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma and its clinical significance.Method:A total of 200 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma admitted to Maoming People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were included in the observation group,and another 200 physical examination healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group.ALB and ChE levels were detected,ALB/ChE ratio was calculated and and the two groups were compared.Patients in the observation group were followed up for 1 year after surgery and divided into groups according to prognosis.ALB and ChE levels and ALB/ChE ratio of patients with different prognosis were compared before and after surgery.Receiver-operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn,and area under the curve(AUC)was used to evaluate the predictive value of serum ALB/ChE ratio for prognosis of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma.Result:The levels of ALB and ChE in the observation group were lower than those in the healthy group,and the ALB/ChE ratio in the observation group was higher than that in the healthy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 195 of the 200 patients were followed up,of which 36(18.46%)had poor prognosis.ALB,ChE levels in poor prognosis group were lower than those in good prognosis group before discharge,and ALB/ChE ratio in poor prognosis group was higher than that in good prognosis group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC curve was drawn,and the results showed that the AUC of ChE level and ALB/ChE ratio in predicting the prognosis of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma before discharge were both greater than 0.7,with certain predictive value.Conclusion:Serum ALB/ChE ratio is high in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma,and serum ALB/ChE ratio before discharge can be used as a sensitive index to predict the prognosis of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma.关键词
