Abstract
Due to different interests and regulatory efforts in the upstream,midstream,and downstream,it is difficult to coordinate and unify cross regional water pollution control in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.In order to resolve difficulties and implement the strategy of protecting the Yangtze River,it is necessary to establish a complete legal and regulatory system,establish a comprehensive governance institution for water pollution in the basin,construct scientific performance evaluation indicators,improve the mechanism of power and responsibility coordination and accountability,optimize the collaborative system of governance platforms,shape the concept of collaborative governance,and effectively control water pollution in the Yangtze River.关键词
