Risk Factors of True Gallbladder Polyps

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the risk factors of true gallbladder polyps.Method:The pathological results of patients who were diagnosed with polypoid lesions of the gallbladder in Fengtai Community Health Service Center of Beijing,Fengtai District from January 2019 to October 2021 and re-diagnosed by the superior hospital and underwent cholecystectomy were retrospectively collected.The gender,age,polyp size,single or multiple polyps,and combined calculus of the surgical patients were analyzed to explore the risk factors of true gallbladder polyps.Result:The pathology inspection report to the superior hospital as the gold standard,including true gallbladder polyps with 13 cases(sample adenomatous polyp with 8 cases,gallbladder with 5 cases),pseudo gallbladder polyps with 63 cases(cholesterol polyps with 35 cases,inflammatory polyp with 28 cases),logistic regression was used to analyze the age≥50 years old,polyp≥1 cm,presence of calculus were the risk factors for true gallbladder polyps(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community doctors should guide patients to seek further diagnosis and treatment based on ultrasonic report and the risk factors of true gallbladder polyps,in order to improve the diagnosis of community doctors on diagnosis of true gallbladder polyps.关键词
