Research Progress on the Regulatory Effect of SMAD3 on Gastrointestinal Malignant Tumor
摘要
Abstract
The occurrence and progression mechanism of gastrointestinal malignant tumor have been the focus of research at home and abroad.As a receptor regulated protein,SMAD3 is involved in cancer signaling pathway and plays an important regulatory role in the proliferation,migration and invasion of most gastrointestinal malignant tumor,which is closely related to the prognosis of tumor patients.In this paper,the structure and function of SMAD3 and its mechanism of action in gastrointestinal malignant tumor are reviewed,so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of SMAD3.关键词
