摘要
Abstract
The incidence of lung cancer is forefront in China,and it is also one of the main cancers leading to death.The widespread use of CT has improved the detection rate of early lung cancer,including the detection of multiple pulmonary nodules,especially multiple ground-glass nodules.Multiple primary lung cancer(MPLC)is defined as the presence of two or more primary lung lesions.In recent years,due to the popularity of CT and the improvement of medical level,the detection rate of MPLC in clinic is getting higher and higher.At present,there is no uniform standard for the differential diagnosis,surgical treatment methods and non-surgical treatment of MPLC in China.The author systematically reviews the current diagnosis,surgical methods and non-surgical treatment of MPLC and so on.关键词
