单味中药有效成分治疗溃疡性结肠炎研究进展
Research Progress in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis with Effective Components of Single Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Studies have shown that TCM is effective in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,with low recurrence rate and few adverse reactions.The commonly used Chinese materia medica includes the four categories of tonifying qi to invigorate the spleen,clearing heat and expelling dampness,promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,and nourishing blood and yin.The TCM monomer can reduce inflammation,repair mucosal damage,regulate intestinal microecology,and regulate immune response.This article reviewed the mechanism of effective components of single Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,in order to provide a basis for clinical treatment and new drug development of ulcerative colitis.关键词
