地方应用型高校思政课赋能乡村人才振兴的路径探析

Abstract
Based on the analysis framework of the new human capital theory,this paper puts forward the"triple attributes"of ideological and political education in local applied colleges and universities:national,epochal and local grass-roots attributes.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the ideological and political education in local applied colleges and universities and analyze the attribution of the problems existing in the revitalization of rural talents.Then,it is considered that the orientation of talent cultivation in rural development,the embedding and strengthening of"rural ideological and political"elements in curriculum construction,the innovation of"rural ideological and political"university-localityco-education mode and the effective investment in"rural ideological and political education"are the effective ways to revitalize rural talents in ideological and political courses in local applied colleges.关键词
