中医药治疗肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎研究进展
Research Progress of the TCM Treatment for Granulomatous Lobular Mastitis
摘要
Abstract
Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM)is a kind of mastitis which is difficult to treat clinically because it is lingering,difficult to heal and easy to repeat.TCM treatment of GLM has a rich theoretical basis and a variety of treatment methods.According to the characteristics of the disease in the mass stage,abscess stage,and ulceration stage,TCM treatment is based on syndrome differentiation,and the combination of internal treatment and external treatment has achieved good clinical efficacy.This article summarized the research status of TCM in treating GLM from three aspects:etiology and pathogenesis,internal treatment of TCM,and external treatment of TCM,with a view to providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
