摘要
Abstract
With the rapid progress of urban construction,the urban operating system is becoming increasingly complex.The lifelines of the city,such as gas,water supply,electricity,transportation,and communication,are constantly undergoing renovation,expansion and new construction.The types of infrastructures are continuously increasing in number and scale.However,the monitoring and early warning methods in most cities in China are still relatively lagging.There are issues such as a focus on rescue rather than prevention and a great emphasis on emergency plans than early warnings.Empowered by Information and Communications Technology(ICT),smart streetlights have become a digital infrastructure in smart cities,offering new solutions for the lagging detection and early warning methods in urban lifeline safety projects.This article explores a technology path for innovating the urban lifeline safety monitoring system,aiming to use smart streetlights as the main support,leverage Internet of Things(IoT)sensing,and integrate visual image fusion technology to create highly integrated,multifunctional intelligent application scenarios.The goal is to enhance the efficiency of urban lifeline monitoring,assessment,information aggregation,early warning analysis,comprehensive decision-making,and efficient handling through a fully closed-loop management process.关键词
