Research Progress in the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy by Regulating Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress with TCM
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a microvascular disease of diabetes,and endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)is closely related to its occurrence and development.In the state of DR,ERS is involved in inflammation,mitochondrial damage,oxidative stress,apoptosis and other processes.This article systematically expounded the etiology and pathology of DR,the starting mechanism of ERS,the specific role of ERS in the occurrence and development of DR,and the research progress of TCM targeting ERS in the prevention and treatment of DR,in order to provide ideas for researchers engaged in the field of TCM to prevent and treat DR.关键词
