Effect of midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine-based timed thunder-fire moxibustion on gastrointestinal function in patients with ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine-based timed thunder-fire moxibustion on gastrointestinal function in patients with ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery were were selected as research objects and randomly divided into an observation group or a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group underwent thunder-fire moxibustion intervention during 8:00～10:00,the control group underwent thunder-fire moxibustion intervention outside 8:00～10:00,and both groups were intervened for 3 days.The gastrointestinal function recovery indicators,incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting,length of hospital stay,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The times for bowel sounds recovery,first exhaustion,and first defecation in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the incidence of nausea and vomiting within 24 hours and 48 hours after surgery were better than those in the control group,the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was better than that of the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine-based timed thunder-fire moxibustion can maximize the therapeutic effect,promote the gastrointestinal function recovery of patients with ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery,alleviate the symptoms of nausea and vomiting,shorten their hospital stay,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
