摘要

Abstract

The traditional proportional integral derivative(PID)control method has low control accuracy in the spacecraft thermal cycle test system due to insufficient evaluation of the actual capability of the controlled object.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a control strategy of spacecraft thermal cycle system combined with predictor.Based on traditional PID control,the PID parameters are pre-estimated by adding a predictor,thereby reducing the adjustment time.In this paper,the traditional PID control strategy and the improved PID control strategy are compared through simulation research.The results showed that the improved method proposed in this paper reduced the system lag by 18%to 31%,and improved the system temperature uniformity by 14.8%.
