三黄汤熏洗在嵌顿痔手术前的临床应用效果研究
Clinical application of Sanhuang Decoction fumigation before incarcerated hemorrhoids operation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of Sanhuang Decoction fumigation before incarcerated hemorrhoids operation.Methods A total of 98 patients with incarcerated hemorrhoids treated in our hospital from December 2020 to June 2021 were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was wet packed with magnesium sulfate injection and lidocaine hydrochloride.The observation group was fumigated with Sanhuang decoction.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms(TCM symptom score,fever),levels of inflammatory factors and postoperative recovery were compared between two groups after treatment for 1 d,3 d and 7 d.Results The total effective rates of the observation group on 1 d,3 d and 7 d were 20.41％,53.06％and 91.84％,which were higher than those of the control group(6.12％,30.61％and 75.51％)(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of pain,hematochezia and anal swelling in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The body temperature and white blood cell count of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the wound healing time was shorter(P＜0.05).Conclusion Sanhuang Decoction can reduce the inflammation level of incarcerated hemorrhoids patients,improve pain,fever,anal swelling and other clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect and promote rapid recovery after surgery.关键词
