Abstract
Based on falling film particle removal mechanism of cross-corrugated packed tower and sterilization performance of acidic electrolyzed water,an environmentally friendly air purification system using acidic electrolyzed water as working fluid is proposed,the feasibility and main influencing factors of the particle removal and sterilization of acidic electrolyzed water falling film is studied in this article.The results show that under the condition of 5.4 m/s inlet speed,under the experimental conditions with inlet wind speed of 1-6.2 m/s and water flow rate of 0.15 m3/h,the total particle removal efficiency increases with the increase of inlet wind speed,the total particle removal efficiency is between 15.35%and 43%,under the same condition,the greater the inlet wind speed,the higher the sterilization efficiency of natural bacteria,the sterilization efficiency is between 26.86%and 60.6%.The classification particle removal efficiency increases with increase of particle size,removal efficiency of particle(1-3 μm)reaches 50.09%with inlet wind speed of 6.2 m/s.Inlet particle and natural bacteria concentration have no significant effect on particle removal efficiency and sterilization efficiency.There is a strong correlation between the particle removal efficiency and sterilization efficiency.关键词
