Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlations of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and B lymphocyte stimulator(BLyS)expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells with clinical indicators of patients with immunoglobulin(Ig)A nephropathy. Methods The clinical data of 122 patients with IgA nephropathy were retrospectively analyzed, and clinical indicators of patients with different TLR4 and BLyS expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were compared, and the correlations of TLR4 and BLyS expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells with clinical indicators were analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in gender, systolic blood pressure, history of hypertension,low-density lipoprotein(LDL),blood uric acid, blood creatinine, and urea nitrogen between the low and high TLR4 groups and between the low and high BLyS groups;the Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the TLR4 and BLyS expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were positively correlated with systolic blood pressure,LDL,blood uric acid, and blood creatinine levels in patients with IgA nephropathy(all P<0.05).Conclusion The TLR4 and BLyS expression levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells are positively correlated with systolic blood pressure,LDL,blood uric acid, and blood creatinine levels in patients with IgA nephropathy.关键词
