Vaccine Research Status of African Swine Fever
摘要
Abstract
African swine fever(ASF)was an acute,severe and highly contagious animal infectious disease,caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV).It mainly spreaded between domestic pigs and wild pigs,with a high mortality rate,It was the major threat disease of the global pig industry.In 2018,China had firstly occurred ASF,which resulted in a 40％reduction in annual hog production.In the past five years,the development of ASF vaccine had been vigorously promoted in China and had made significant progress.At present,from a technical perspective,the development of ASF attenuated live vaccine with gene deletion was the most reasonable.This paper provided an overview of the research status on ASF vaccines,with the aim of providing reference for the prevention and control of ASF in China.关键词
