摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the heat transfer performance of the same type strengthened pipes with the outer diameters of 25.4 mm and 19.05 mm is studied experimentally.The experimental results showed that the intensification ratios of 25.4 mm and 19.05 mm reinforced tubes to light tube heat transfer are 2.147 and 4.876 respectively.When the inlet water temperature is constant,both the total heat transfer coefficient and the water-side heat transfer coefficient increase with the water flow rising in the range of 0.6-1.4 m3/h,while the change trend of refrigerant side heat transfer coefficient is related to pipe diameter.At high flow rate,the total heat transfer coefficient and refrigerant side heat transfer coefficient gradually decrease with the increase of inlet water temperature in the range of 11-16℃,while the water side heat transfer coefficient does not change significantly with the increase of inlet water temperature.
