摘要

Abstract

An experimental study is presented on the formation behavior of single and binary water-soluble hydrates of tetra-n-butylammonium bromide(TBAB),tetra-n-butylammonium fluoride(TBAF)and Tetrahydrofuran(THF).The results show that binary hydrates can overcome the disadvantages of low phase change temperature(THF)or low latent heat(TBAB,TBAF).Furthermore,surfactants like sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)are examined to be helpful to decrease the induction time and alleviate the supercooling degree of the hydrates.Relatively,the effect of SDS is better.The optimal mass fraction of TBAF+THF hydrate is 35%(mTBAF=60%,mSDS=0.5%).The phase change parameters of the hydrate are as follows:the phase change temperature is 6.8℃,the induction time is 4.9 min,the supercooling degree is 3.3℃and the latent heat is 213.3 kJ/kg.The hydrate is proved to be promising material for cold storage.
