浅谈非洲猪瘟病毒研究进展及防控措施
Research Progress and Prevention and Control Measures of African Swine Fever
摘要
Abstract
African swine fever was a highly pathogenic infectious disease,with a lethal rate of up to 100％.Since the first outbreak of African swine fever in Shenyang,Liaoning Province in 2018,the disease had rapidly spread throughout the country,lead to a serious re-duction in pig populations and caused significant impact and losses to China's pig farming and economy.At present,through biosecuri-ty prevention and control measures,African swine fever had been controlled to some extent.However,due to the complexity and speci-ficity of its virus,effective vaccines and targeted drugs had not yet been developed,and African swine fever still occured in various parts of the country.This article reviewed the research progress of African swine fever,including diagnostic methods,inactivated vaccines,attenuated live vaccines and subunit vaccines,as well as antiviral drugs.It also provided some insights on African swine fever preven-tion and control measures,in order to provide reference for further efforts in African swine fever prevention and control.关键词
