火针洞式烙口排脓联合托毒消痈汤治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的临床效果
Clinical observation on treatment of acute mastitis by fire-needle cavitation drainage combined with Tuodu xiaoyong decoction during location
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fire-needle cavitation drainage combined with Tuodu xiaoyong decoction during location acute mastitis.Methods 118 patients with acute mastitis during lactation were selected from our hospital and divided into control group and observation group with 59 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Tuodu xiaoyong decoction,and the observation group was treated with ire-needle cavitation drainage on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy before and after treatment of the two groups were observed,as well as quantitative scores of physical signs of mammary carbuncle(breast pain score,breast lump number score,breast lump size score,breast skin redness range score).Blood routine results(leukocyte count,neutrophil percentage,C-reactive protein)serum inflammatory factor indicators(procalcitonin,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α)and prognosis(recurrence rate,breast cessation rate).Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.52％,which was significantly higher than that of control group 77.96％(P＜0.05).After treatment,the score of breast pain,the number of breast lumps,the size of breast lumps,the score of breast skin redness range,the results of blood routine and the indexes of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.08％,which was significantly lower than 16.95％in the control group.The recurrence rate of 8.47％in the observation group was significantly lower than 22.03％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fire-needle cavitation drainage combined with Tuodu xiaoyong decoction has significant clinical efficacy in treating lactation acute mastitis.关键词
