Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of Xiaojin pill combined with Quyu Huatan Xiaozheng decoction in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands with phlegm and blood stasis.Methods 76 patients with breast hyperplasia who were treated in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into the observation group(38 cases)and the control group(38 cases).Both groups were treated with tamoxifen tablets,the control group with Xiaojin pills,and the observation group with Xiaojin pills combined with Quyu Huatan Xiaozheng decoction.After 6 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL),progesterone(P),breast blood flow resistance index,minimum blood flow velocity,maximum blood flow velocity,curative effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the main and secondary syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05);PRL and E2 in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);P in both groups was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05);The blood flow resistance index of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);The minimum blood flow velocity and maximum blood flow velocity of the two groups were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xiaojin pill combined with Quyu Huatan Xiaozheng decoction can effectively regulate the sex hormone level of patients,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and regulate breast hemodynamics,with superior efficacy and good safety.关键词
