Abstract
In this paper,the method of numerical simulation is used to study the influence of the structure of the microchannel heat exchanger on its internal flow and heat transfer performance.The flow and heat transfer characteristics in the rectangular micro-channel with different width to height ratios is analyzed.And the microstructure is added internally and the effect of microstructure on the thermal performance of the heat exchanger is analyzed.The results show that the overall heat transfer performance of the rectangular microchannel is the worst and the best when the aspect ratio C=1.00 and the aspect ratio C=2.00,respectively,their thermal performance of the rectangular microchannel differs by about 31.5%and the comprehensive performance by about 23.6%.After adding microstructures to the inner surface of the rectangular channel with aspect ratio C=2.00,the microstructures cause local disturbances in the flow channel which destroy the boundary layer and enhance fluid mixing while enhancing heat transfer,The enhancement is more obvious when the flow rate is small which can be increased by 2.88 times,but with a huge pressure drop,the maximum is up to 97.3%.关键词
