Abstract
The article aimed to achieve immune purification of porcine pseudorabies and to pass the evaluation of animal disease purifica-tion at the provinciallevel or higher.According to the standards of national animal disease purification evaluation,Guizhou Riquan Agricul-tural and Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.,Quanxing pig breeding farm introduced pigs with negative gE and gB antibody of pseudorabies.By establishing a security mechanism,improving the biosafety management system,and conducting testing,explored the immune purifica-tion of porcine pseudorabies.The purification results showed that for the past 4 years,the enterprise and the authorities had monitored breeding boars,sows and reserve pigs in the pig breeding farm for pseudorabies,with 16 086 tests for gE antibodies,all of which were negative,and 8 173 tests for gB antibodies,with average of 99.5％of antibody qualification rate.The farm had not any clinical cases of pseudorabies.According to the"Evaluation Standards for Purification of Major Diseases in Large scale Pig Farms",collected and archived materials properly,ensured sufficient material or physical support for all standards.In 2022,the pig breeding farm passed the nation-al-level assessment of pseudorabies purification fields,achieved the goal of immunological purification of pseudorabies in pigs.关键词
