基于"脾气散精"理论探讨慢性肝病的中医治疗
Study on TCM Treatment of Chronic Liver Disease Based on the Theory of"Spleen Qi Dispersing Essence"
摘要
Abstract
The occurrence of chronic liver disease closely related to the spleen."Spleen qi dispersing essence"is a highly summarized concept of spleen function in the Internal Classic.The dysfunction of spleen dispersing essence runs through chronic liver disease,and the key factors for the progression of chronic liver disease are spleen dysfunction,dampness generating phlegm,and blood stasis blocking collaterals.Spleen fortifying should be considered as one of the basic treatments for chronic liver disease during treatment.Furthermore,according to the different states of spleen transportation,different treatment methods such as spleen activating,spleen awakening,and spleen warming are combined to restore the ability of spleen qi to disperse essence.In the course of disease,we should especially grasp the key mechanism of blood stasis blocking collaterals,activate blood and resolve stasis,in order to prevent chronic liver disease from further developing into liver cancer and ascites.This way,the spleen can recover and the stasis can be eliminated,thus,both root and tip are taken care of.关键词
