基于"肝气虚"理论探讨原发性肝癌的辨治
Differentiation and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer Based on the Theory of Liver Qi Deficiency
摘要
Abstract
Primary liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of digestive system in China.Currently,the treatment effect for advanced liver cancer is poor.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the pathogenesis of liver cancer is root deficiency and tip excess,which is usually treated from the aspects of deficiency,poison,phlegm,stasis,etc.Based on the theory of"liver qi deficiency",this paper discusses the relationship of liver qi deficiency and liver depression with the occurrence and development of liver cancer from three aspects:if liver qi is in deficiency,healthy qi fails to overcome pathogenic qi,cancer occurs;when qi and blood are in stasis,phlegm and stasis may arise,promoting the development of cancer;when cancer toxin expands,qi and blood may be impaired,which damages yang and yin.We propose in this paper the treatment methods for these three stages,such as invigorating qi and relieving depression,regulating qi,activating blood and removing blood stasis,and restoring yang and saving yin.We expect that this can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.关键词
