石学敏院士治疗卒中后吞咽障碍经验浅析
Academician SHI Xuemin's Experience on the Treatment of Post-Stroke Dysphagia
摘要
Abstract
This paper is to summarize academician SHI Xuemin's experience in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia by the method of"clearing the pass and benefiting orifices".Dysphagia after stroke belongs to the pattern of deficiency in the root and excess in the tip.The pathogenesis of the disease is the closure of the orifices and concealment of the mind,failure of spirit to guide qi,and the blockage of the orifices.The treatment,therefore,can be based on regulating the mind,guiding qi,supplementing deficiency and enriching the root,the root treatment strategy,accompanied by clearing the pass and benefiting orifices,the tip treatment strategy.In the strategy of clearing the pass and benefit orifices,acupoint Neiguan(PC6)is needled to guard the spirit and clear the pass,Renzhong(GV26)awaken the spirit and open the orifices,Sanyinjiao(SP6)nourish the mind and replenish deficiency,Fengchi(GB20),Wangu(GB12),Yifeng(TE17),Lianquan(CV23),Jinjin(EX-HN12),Yuye(EX-HN13),and acupoints on the back wall of the throat are selected to clear the pass and benefit orifices.The root point should be needled first,i.e.Neiguan first.The manipulation is guided by the quantitative theory of acupuncture manipulation.Fengchi,Wangu and Yifeng are needled towards the lesion,and Neiguan,Fengchi,Wangu,Yifeng and Lianquan are needled deeply to reach the disease area,thus,resulting in remarkable clinical efficacy.关键词
