穴位埋线治疗雄激素性秃发的研究进展
Research Progress of Acupoint Thread Embedding in the Treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia
摘要
Abstract
Androgenetic alopecia(AGA)is a common refractory and disfigurement disease in dermatology.It often occurs in adolescence and beyond,affects patient's image and quality of life and may induce the occurrence of mental illness.Drug therapy,low level laser therapy,injection of autologous platelet rich plasma,hair transplantation and other treatments are often used in clinical practice.These treatments have a certain effect,but there are adverse reactions such as recurrence after drug withdrawal,local stimulation,and surgical trauma.As a new type of acupuncture therapy,acupoint catgut embedding has been gradually applied in the treatment of AGA in recent years to make up for the shortcomings of the above therapy.This article reviews the theoretical basis,mechanism discussion and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of AGA in the past 10 years,in order to provide clinical reference for the treatment of AGA.关键词
