摘要

Abstract

Bee venom is a natural biotoxin with strong biological activity.It has complex components and important medicinal value.The keynote component is melittin,which has various pharmacological activities.The multiple effects of bee venom and its components are partly related to the regulation of oxidative stress.On the one hand,by inhibiting oxidative stress,bee venom can improve radiation-induced oxidative stress damage,reduce the damage of liver,kidney and lung function caused by drugs,inhibit tumor growth,and promote the recovery of nerve function.On the other hand,bee venom may also induce oxidative stress and cause damage to the body in certain situations.This paper reviews the regulatory effects of bee venom and its components on oxidative stress in order to provide reference for its clinical application and further research.
