摘要

Abstract

Objective To summarize the research status and development trends of microRNAs related to cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI).Methods The relevant literature on microRNAs in CIRI from the core databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WoS)was retrieved,and the CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was applied for visual analysis of research authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 165 Chinese articles and 433 English articles were included.Keyword analysis showed that apoptosis,oxidative stress,autophagy,and inflammation were the main mechanisms of action explored;Research interventions mainly focused on acupuncture and electroacupuncture,and basic research and review were the main forms of literature.Conclusion The study of microRNA provides relevant targets and more therapeutic possibilities for the improvement of CIRI,but it is still in the development stage.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen cross-team and cross-regional cooperation among authors and institutions,and further in-depth research is needed to provide strong references for clarifying the relevant mechanisms of microRNA in CIRI.
