Solidification Strength Test of Domestic Waste Incineration Ash
生活垃圾焚烧灰渣是一种固体废弃物,其成分和性质受到多种因素影响.试验首先制备生活垃圾焚烧灰渣试块,通过显微镜与X射线衍射仪观察试块表面光滑程度、灰渣的矿物组成和晶体结构,初步判断其固化强度,然后测定试块的碳酸钙含量,据此判断试块的最终均匀性强度.试验结果表明,随着碳酸钙含量的增加,试块的无侧限抗压强度逐渐提高,即碳酸钙含量越高,试块的强度越高.生活垃圾焚烧灰渣具有一定的资源化利用潜力,固化强度试验结果能够促进生活垃圾焚烧灰渣的资源化利用,为环境保护和可持续发展做出贡献.
Domestic waste incineration ash is a type of solid waste,and its composition and properties are influenced by various factors.The test first prepares a test block of domestic waste incineration ash,and observes the surface smoothness of the test block,mineral composition and crystal structure of the ash through a microscope and X-ray diffractometer to preliminarily determine its solidification strength,then measures the calcium carbonate content of the test block to determine the final uniformity strength of the test block.The test results show that with the increase of calcium carbonate content,the unconfined compressive strength of the test block gradually increases,that is,the higher the calcium carbonate content,the higher the strength of the test block.The domestic waste incineration ash has a certain potential for resource utilization,and the solidification strength test results can promote the resource utilization of domestic waste incineration ash,making contributions to environmental protection and sustainable development.
