Experimental Study on Treatment of Weak Acid Brilliant Blue Dye Wastewater by Fenton Reagent

作为一种高级氧化技术,Fenton氧化法已被广泛应用于废水处理.试验采用Fenton试剂处理弱酸艳蓝染料废水,研究H2O2 投加量、FeSO4 投加量、反应时间、反应温度、初始pH等因素对废水色度和化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响,以明确最佳工艺条件,有效处理弱酸艳蓝染料废水.试验结果表明,对于浓度为 0.1 g/L的弱酸艳蓝染料废水,反应温度为 50℃,初始pH为 2.5,H2O2 投加量为 0.5 mL/L,FeSO4投加量为 0.5 g/L,反应时间为 90 min时,色度去除率可以达到 99%,COD去除率可达 71.89%.

As an advanced oxidation technology,Fenton oxidation method has been widely used in wastewater treatment.The experiment uses Fenton reagent to treat weak acid brilliant blue dye wastewater,and studies the effects of factors such as H2O2 dosage,FeSO4 dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature,and initial pH on the chromaticity and chemical oxygen demand(COD)removal rate of wastewater,in order to clarify the optimal process conditions and effectively treat weak acid brilliant blue dye wastewater.The experimental results show that for the weak acid brilliant blue dye wastewater with a concentration of 0.1 g/L,when the reaction temperature is 50℃,the initial pH is 2.5,the H2O2 dosage is 0.5 mL/L,the FeSO4 dosage is 0.5 g/L,and the reaction time is 90 min,the chromaticity removal rate can reach 99%,and the COD removal rate can reach 71.89%.
