加气混凝土砌块用生石灰的改性研究
Study on Modification of Quicklime for Aerated Concrete Blocks
摘要
Abstract
Quicklime is the main raw material for fly ash aerated concrete,and the active calcium content(CaO)of quicklime is closely related to the digestion time.The higher the CaO content,the shorter the digestion time.Short digestion time of quicklime can cause aluminum powder to vaporize and slurry to thicken.Therefore,this paper conducts conditional experiments to study the feasibility of silicone oil modified quicklime.It is found that methyl hydrogenated silicone oil can delay the exothermic reaction between quicklime and water,and adding an appropriate amount of methyl hydrogenated silicone oil to quicklime can prolong the digestion time of quicklime,optimize the pore structure,and improve the strength of the finished product.关键词
