Abstract
[Purpose/significance]In response to the current issues of single model,incomplete functions,and imbalanced supply and demand in the construction of party school think tanks,the aim is to establish a mech-anism of collaborative intelligence,break regional,unit,and disciplinary boundaries,and promote the optimal allocation of elements in think tanks to better play the role of party school think tanks.[Method/process]In this article,the operational function,constraining factors and paths to implementation of the Party school think tanks under the mode of collaborated and co-worked"wisdom"in the new era will be deeply explored from the connota-tion of collaborated and co-worked"wisdom".A new theoretical analysis framework will be constructed.Through data statistics,typical cases,comparative studies and other methods,this article discusses the practices,experi-ences and constraining factors of the current collaborative and co-worked"wisdom"of Party school think tanks,and puts forward the"structure-process-behavior-protection"collaboration mode of the Party school think tanks.[Result/conclusion]Party school think tanks rely on organizational structures,functional institutions,and man-agement mechanisms for structural construction.The logic of integration and collaboration is achieved through thematic focus,matrix collaboration,and field research.Social public value is nurtured through policy consulta-tion,result promotion,and brand building.The operation of think tanks is guaranteed through talent cultivation,platform construction,and resource support,ultimately achieving a virtuous cycle of collaborative intelligence in party school think tanks.关键词
