Abstract
This paper uses a new targeted adsorbent DCYH-07 and conducts conditional experiments to study its thallium removal effect on zinc sulfate solution.The results indicate that this adsorbent is a linear crystal,and the main adsorption mechanism is physical adsorption.When the reaction temperature is 30℃,the adsorbent dosage is 0.6 g/L,the stirring speed is 250 r/min,pH=4,and the reaction time is 1.0 h,the thallium removal rate reaches 99.8%,and the thallium concentration drops to 1 μg/L.At the same time,this adsorbent has extremely strong selectivity and has a very low impact on the Zn2+ in zinc sulfate solution,with a Zn2+ loss rate of only 0.18%,which is beneficial for reducing the raw material loss of thallium removal in the lead-zinc smelting industry.关键词
