美国外交智库人员构成极化程度的评估研究
Construction of Polarization Evaluation System of American Think Tank
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]This article evaluates the"polarization"of the personnel composition of American foreign policy think tanks,which is a beneficial exploration of think tank evaluation.The more direct purpose is to serve the construction of foreign policy think tanks in China,so that they can play their due role in the country's international exchanges and foreign discourse dissemination.[Method/process]By using Quantita-tive analysis research method,with the the staffing of think tanks as the key dimension,and intergrating the three dimensions of operating expense,institutional construction and achievement output of think tank,we establish an polarization evaluation system and measurement method,and systematically examin investigate the polarization of three diplomatic think tanks in American,and construct a set of index systems to evaluate the polarization of think tank personnel.[Result/conclusion]The assessment results indicate that the personnel structure of American foreign policy think tanks exhibits a high degree of polarization but also significant differences.Focusing on the dimension of think tank personnel,the polarization of think tanks helps to gain a deeper understanding of the ex-tent and manner of polarization in the composition of American think tanks personnel,enhance the pertinence of Chinese think tanks development and further improve the strength and influence of Chinese think tanks.关键词
