摘要
Abstract
Using iron nitrate and phosphoric acid as raw materials,and iron phosphate dihydrate as crystal seed,this study uses coprecipitation method to prepare iron phosphate dihydrate,and determined the optimal process conditions through single factor experiments.The experimental results show that when the ratio of iron to phosphorus is 1.00∶1.02,the concentration of nitric acid is 50%,the reaction temperature is 80℃,the amount of crystal seeds added is 0.03%,and the reaction time is 12 h,the FePO4·2H2O content in the prepared iron phosphate sample is above 99.80%,the recovery rate is about 99.7%,and the product particle size(D50)quality index meets the requirements.The preparation process of ferrous phosphate dihydrate does not produce any new impurities,and the product quality is guaranteed and stable.关键词
