Research on the Capability Dimensions and Elements of Collaborative Knowledge Management of New-Type Think Tanks Based on Knowledge Ecology Theory
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]The purpose of this article is to guide new think tanks to enhance their col-laborative knowledge management capabilities,promote the rapid development of new think tanks,and generate a large number of innovative results in high-level smart services.[Method/process]By establishing a new collab-orative knowledge management ecosystem for think tanks,explore how knowledge subjects,knowledge objects,and knowledge environment can play a synergistic role within the ecosystem;Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,scientifically analyze the dimensions and elements of the collaborative knowledge management capability of new think tanks.[Results/conclusion]The collaborative knowledge management ca-pability of new-type think tank are divided into three dimensions:Collaborative organization capability,collabo-rative knowledge capability and collaborative support capability.It includes 8 factors:The ability of organization coordination management,the ability of knowledge acquisition,the ability of knowledge integration,the ability of knowledge transfer,the ability of knowledge application,the ability of knowledge protection,the ability of organi-zation culture coordination support,and the ability of infrastructure coordination support.These 8 elements interact within the knowledge ecosystem,and their operating mode provides guidance for the orderly development of new think tanks,promoting their rapid development and output of results.关键词
